Josh practices labor and employment law at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Boston. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Josh worked for a federal judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Before law school, Josh served with Teach for America and taught middle school math and science in Cleveland, Ohio.
Josh attended Coniston for ten summers, including five years on staff (two as Program Director). He continues to draw on skills he developed at camp, including problem-solving, collaboration, and creative thinking.
Josh has a BA in U.S. History from the University of Pennsylvania and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.

A Coniston alum (1992- 3/4 CIT 2000) and a proud Coniston parent of two daughters. I’d describe myself professionally as a passionate educational leader with a background in high school counseling and coaching. I am a School Counselor at Bow High School (Bow, NH).
I graduated from Fairfield University ’06 (B.A Psychology), Boston University ’08 (M.Ed in School Counseling) and will complete a CAGS in Educational Leadership through SNHU in spring ’23.
My Coniston Experience helped form my believes that kindness and gratitude have the greatest impact on all humans. I enjoy making a difference through learning, sharing knowledge and creativity.
My team produces longform news & documentary content (series, feature docs and specials) for Hulu and ABC linear. I am 100% certain that many of the skills I use every day as a producer come from my time at Coniston. As a counselor, I developed an ability to push myself and work well under pressure, as well as a strong sense of responsibility (both for my job and for those around me), all of which I use constantly in my career.
For the last five years, I have worked across marketing and eCommerce at Newell Brands, a consumer goods company. Right now, I am a Digital Marketing Manager for our Baby brands, Graco, Baby Jogger, and Nuk, developing our marketing strategies across paid and organic digital channels. Many of the skills I learned at Coniston have directly translated to my professional career, including leading a team, communicating effectively, and thinking on my feet.
I have a BA in Communication from Wake Forest University and went to Camp for ten years, as a camper and counselor, from 2006-2015.
Building off of a decade of working in community mental health as a therapist and program director, Katie currently works as a Project Director at UNH Institute for Health Policy & Practice. In this role, Katie manages several projects across the pediatric portfolio focused on improving access to mental health for children. Katie’s experience as a West Coast CIT helped foster a passion for health equity; she has dedicated her career to addressing the systemic barriers that impact the opportunities children have access to.
Katie attended Coniston 1999-2008 (’04 CIT). She has a BS in Spanish and Social Work from Salve Regina University and a Masters in Social Work from UNH.
Martin has worked at this Executive Search/Staffing Firm for close to 6 years and has been in the staffing industry for over 15 years. He thoroughly enjoys what he does as he gets to have an impact on people’s lives by helping them find jobs while at the same time finding his clients great talent that can really benefit or make an impact on their organization/company.
Martin was a camper and counselor at Coniston from 1984 or 1985 to 1993. One of the best experiences of his life and really helped shape who he is today. The biggest thing he loved about camp is that it was an accepting environment where he could be himself, aside from the pressures and clique filled social constraints of the suburban Western MA town where he grew up.
I have worked as physical therapist in an outpatient setting for the past 12 years working with a variety of populations and most recently specializing in women’s health. I believe Coniston taught me the most valuable lesson to being able to help my patients which is empathy. Without that as my starting point there is no way I could be effective with helping people. Coniston is the core of that principle and I am forever indebted to learning this as a camper and counselor at camp.
Brad has worked in management consulting for over 15 years and has worked in several different industries over his career. He now focuses on biotech and pharmaceutical strategy. He assists pharmaceutical companies with developing market insights and using those insights to set business strategies.
In day-to-day work, Brad leans on one of the most important lessons he learned at Coniston – the ability to give and receive honest feedback.
Brad has a BS in Engineering from Lafayette College and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Dartmouth College.
Meghan has taught in both public and private school settings in New Hampshire, Virginia, and Massachusetts. She oversees the Lower School Math Department and runs the Instructional Coaching Program at Milton Academy in Milton, MA. For Meghan, Coniston fostered a deep appreciation for children’s love and joy while learning and exploring the world around them. She developed strong collaboration skills while at Camp, which transfers to her daily work with classroom teachers, leadership team members, parents, and most importantly, students.
Meghan has a BA in English from Assumption University and a Master’s in the Arts of Teaching (MAT) from Northeastern University.
I have worked in the insurance industry for 10 years in various roles. Currently, I analyze data to determine eligibility, ensure accurate pricing for our insureds, and work with agents to help resolve questions and foster relationships. I have a BS in Business Administration from Bryant University. I was at Coniston for 13 years, including 5 years on staff with two of those as Program Director.
Tom ’04 has spent his career helping students achieve their potential. Whether in boarding schools, college admissions, or most recently through Twitch’s internship programs, Tom has recruited and developed students from around the world. His time at Coniston provided a foundation in community building and human development that has helped him match thousands of students with their next educational opportunity.
Tom has a B.A. in History from Colby College and Masters in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education.
As a camper, CIT, counselor, and CIT director, Coniston helped me realize that connecting with people is medicine for the soul. As a Social Communication teacher for the past decade, my role was to teach students how to make meaningful connections with others which, I believe, is the most important thing for people to learn. Now, as a school administrator, I continue to support students (both in and out of the classroom) and also work with teachers and parents to continue to build connections to support students so that they can grow up and become happy people who make the world a better place.

At Salesforce, Katherine and her team passionately investigate, inspire, and inform strategy and solutions to meet today’s most urgent business imperatives including the Future of Work and innovating employee experience to unlock human potential and value creation.
Ziggy has been recruiting for the Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device industry for almost 20 years. He started as an agency recruiter working with thousands of candidates to help them find the best fit for their career. He then moved to corporate recruiting, initially with Fresenius Medical Care North America, followed by Beta Bionics, and currently Collegium Pharmaceutical in Stoughton MA.
Ziggy attended Coniston from 1993 – 1999 (1994 CIT) having served as a junior & middler division leader and Sailing Director. His entire approach to recruiting can be traced to the YMCA values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility which has led him to incorporate new processes to reduce bias through the interview process, and innovative ways to ensure equitability with regards to compensation.
